Nail trimming 

Trimming your pets' nails is a nerve-wracking experience for both owners and pets, fortunately our experienced team is happy to help and can carry out nail trims during clinical exams.  

We also offer follow-up nail trimming services with our vet nurses for pets requiring regular appointments. To book your nurse appointment, speak to our friendly team or book online.  

 
Anal gland expression 

Anal gland expression should only be carried out on an adds needs basis for your pet. If you have noticed your pet scooting, straining to go to the toilet, or have noticed redness or swelling around the anus, our mobile vet can carry out a full exam and establish if there is an issue and ways to resolve it. A rectal examination is important as it may detect serious diseases early; including, prostate enlargement, urethral health, lymph node enlargement, and anal gland tumors.  

 

Wound and bandage care  

Wound care, including bandage changes, cleaning and re-checks, can be performed by our mobile vets in the comfort of your home. We can help significantly reduce time and stress associated with countless vet visits following your pet's trauma, surgery or other related experience requiring bandage change, wound care and post operative checks.  

 

Post operative care  

If your pet has undergone a procedure in a clinic, post operative checks are carried out by a vet to inspect the surgical sight, carry out bandage changes (if required) and carry out a full physical exam on your pet. Our mobile vets can carry out post operative checks in the comfort of your home. This is ideal for pets recovering from surgeries, where movement should be restricted during recovery, such as desexing procedures and orthopedic surgeries.
